About us

"National Knee and Hip Joint Replacement Foundation" was formed in July 2020 with the purpose of contributing to hip and knee arthroplasty scene in the world. The main agenda of the organization is to impart high-quality knowledge related to arthroplasty. We strive to provide a platform to young arthroplasty surgeons as well as to the stalwarts in the field.

Prof. C S Yadav  was the first to organize a cadaver arthroplasty course in the country, 14years back. The popularity of AIIMS cadaver arthroplasty course has only increased since then. Lockdown in 2020 forced us to take the event online and it got huge appreciation there as well.  We will continue to conduct the popular Cadaver Arthroplasty workshop and Annual Arthroplasty Update under the ageis of NKHJRF. We also plan to conduct regular online workshops to make it easier for our international audience.

The recently started Fellowship and Observership at our high-volume arthroplasty centre is expected to give much needed exposure to the budding surgeons. We plan to collaborate with national and international arthroplasty centres of excellence for long-term and short-term fellowships.

We are also determined to provide academic grants and recognition to deserving candidates and surgical teams for their outstanding contributions.

Finally, we want this organization to be an unmatched and unbiased source of authentic and non-forged information/data related to hip and knee arthroplasty.
